This version has a huge upgrade in term of the algorithm use by the plug-in. Stt2 now has its own database, and not using custom field like previous version.

Changing the database, force previous user to upgrade their database to move all the search terms already recorded by previous version of the plug-in into the new database. This is why when you perform plug-in upgrade, the plug-in will ask you to upgrade the database first before you able to use the new plug-in.

Moving the entire previous database into stt2 new database is simple and almost no risk at all, but creating database backup is highly recommended before we perform any changing to our database.

Having its own stt2 database, now the plug-in has a capability to count how many times each terms used by visitor from search engine to come to the blog post. As a result, now the only search terms displayed in the search terms list is only the most popular search terms, giving us more powerful internal linking to the article.

Additional feature in this release is the capability to display the most popular search terms for all the articles. You can call the function anywhere within the site.

There is also new option in the admin page regarding how we manage the appearance of the search terms list. Now we can set what kind of HTML tag to be added before and after the keywords. Note that we remove the header from the plugin result to give you more control on how to display the search terms list on your site.
